Dear Braham Graduates,

The Braham Area Chamber of Commerce is planning an All-School Reunion picnic for Saturday, August 6, 2005.  The main reunion events will be a street dance on Friday night, August 5, and on August 6 a noon picnic lunch in Freedom Park on Main Street, followed by a program near the Band shell.  A community music worship service is planned for Sunday afternoon on August 7.

Saturday evening is free for each class group to plan its own gathering.  This may be at a private home, at a regional restaurant with party room capacity or at some other location of your choice.  Arrangements for evening gatherings are the responsibility and choice of each class.

We will post reunion information on www.braham.com.   We encourage you to add your name and contact information to the Braham graduates page.

We encourage you to come back to Braham for any of the following activities that are happening in the two weeks encompassing the All-School Reunion.

Costs & Donations

We anticipate that the costs per person for the All-School Reunion will be $20-25.  We have many expenses to produce this event such as rental for tents, stage, toilets, the noon meal, printing and postage, insurance, White Sidewalls band, sound systems and administrative costs.  We need help to make this project a success and we are asking for your financial support.  Your donation will be greatly appreciated.

Checks can be made payable to All-School Reunion Fund, and sent care of the Braham Area Chamber of Commerce.  Your cancelled check will be your receipt unless you specifically request an official receipt.

Enclosed is a self-addressed envelope for your convenience.

Sincerely,

Valorie Stavem Arrowsmith

Coordinator Braham Area Chamber of Commerce
