The City of Braham is looking for businesses or organizations that wish to develop in it's 25 acre industrial park.  This land is zoned General Business - Industrial and is located at 800 6th St NW  on the Northwest corner of Braham.  Current incentives include Tax Increment Financing, JOBZ and Assessment plan. The City has it's first business in the industrial park, Leaf's Towing.  There are still 9 lots available.
